My current project involves a Voice of the Customer (VoC) project for a Fortune 100 client. Within this project, we are integrating gigabytes of text data from a range of sources, including warranty repair claims, consumer surveys, call center transcripts and social media. We then run these data through text analysis code to automatically categorize the text regarding topic and sentiment, with further goals of extracting the specific part and malfunction referred to within each text.
